  We signed up with Unified Hawaii to do our solar project. Its been 2 years and the project hasnt been finished(panels are not even on my roof) and permits hasnt been worked on due to waiting for approval. But when I checked they didnt even put an application for my solar with City and county, they only submitted an application for my electrical meter. They never did reached out to me about any updates and Im always the one call to ask for updates. But since April of this year(2024) they stop paying for my payments because they said they would pay for my loan because my solar system was not turned on. Ive got in contact with Good Leap and told them about the situation and they were trying to get in contact with Unified Hawaii and no answer. Ive myself tried to call and left messages and emails and also response. This company and staff has never helped me and now I have an incomplete solar project that was never turned on.

  They prey on the old. They put solar on my parents house when their electric was less than $90 a month. Now they are forcing my parents to pay triple every month because they forced them to sign a contract. By the time I found out it was already signed. I have been fighting with them, showing them court documents that my parents are too old to make those decisions, zero credit, so they illegally got this loan and they do nothing but complain about their losses. NOT PONO NO ALOHA SHAME ON YOU

  I purchased a Viking built-in refrigerator/freezer unit from Best Buy. Hawaii Unified is their contracted deliverer-installer. ****** came 2 days ahead of delivery day to check the measurements and to figure out the logistics of getting the unit into my home. He forewarned me about the common recent problems with the door alignment of this particular unit (and the resulting condensation and temperature control issued resulting from it) that he had delivered to several homes and let me see some photos to clarify. On the morning of the delivery, he opened the front of the box to check, and texted me a message that the slight door misalignment didn't seem too bad and that if I don't approve of the unit upon seeing it in person, I can still refuse delivery. Once he arrived, he showed me the issue. He gave me time to take photos of it to text to a Viking-authorized warranty repair provider, who felt that the misalignment appears minimal and that it may not pose any problems, and if it did, they can try to adjust the doors or whatever it takes under warranty. The point is, I am very grateful that ****** warned me about this common problem he's been seeing so that I can be aware of it. I will log any and all problems if they should arise and will be prepared if any problems should arise.On delivery day, ******, ********, ******, ******, and ******** were very friendly and professional. They had to carefully haul the 700-************* up a long and steep driveway and through a narrow hallway to get it to its spot. They expertly connected the fridge to the water supply, anchored it securely, and cleaned it so it's shiny and beautiful. ****** showed me how to operate the control panel and also what to keep my eyes on, in case I'm having one of the common problems of this Viking appliance. (They were also very nice to my dog, which means a lot to me.)

  ******************** installed our dishwasher. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient, and they even arrived ahead of our scheduled afternoon installation time, which was a pleasant surprised. They even cleanup up the area where they worked, which we appreciated. I'd recommend them, and I'll happily use them for future services.
