    On November 21, 2024, my wife and I met with 2SWEETX2 owner ******** to pay for our catering order for my kid 1st birthday. We ordered Package "A" from her list of services with delivery which she advertise on Instagram. We paid $295 in cash and was provided a receipt. Please see photo attached for the receipt. We wanted to support small business, but this unfortunate event happened.On January 4th, the day of the birthday party, around 5 am in the morning, 2sweetx2 owner ******** message my wife that she will not be able to futfill the order due to an emergency at her house. We accepted it and asked for our payment back. Shelanie did not have the balance to pay in full and asked to pay $100 then the rest later. All week, ******** has been going back and forth with us through text messages that she will be paying us back when her bank shows her deposit in her account. On one of the text messages sent, she said she Will pay a $100 on Friday the 10th. We did not receive any payment on the 10th, and she did not reply to multiple messages sent to her that day.We have exhausted all possibilities to receive our payment of $295 for the service and products not fulfilled. Bakery 2SWEETX2 is in violations of HRS ***** which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce. 2SWEETX2's action in failing to deliver the service and prolonging/ refusing to return payment in full constitute an unfair or deceptive business practice. Today is January 13, it has been 10 days since ******** cancelled and has not paid or return our payment.

    Hi, I contacted her through text or Instagram message. Her number is ************. I attached her instagram account. I am not sure her business email and address is right, however, these are the ones I found.
