      Bait and switch. Read Yelp reviews for Mr. Electric, Its Electric, and E3 Electrical. Goes by many names, but same guy. Just click on the *** in profile, it comes up Mr. Electric I called and scheduled him to come out. I was advised over the phone that a Service fee to come out and take a look was $70 and then I would be given a quote on fix action from there. I said sure since it was a 1/3 of others to come out and diagnose. He kept calling wanting to diagnose over the phone. Even wanted to go to ********** to buy LED bulbs before he even came to my house for the first time. He gets to my home then proceeds to tell me its $70 Service Fee AND an additional $315 to Diagnose. I said you said over the phone it was $70 to come out and a quote to fix. He said $70 was just for gas money... Then he hemmed and hawed about needing to go somewhere else. Can he come back later? What? Then he said it was $70 for two switches. I thought okay, I just looked at switches at ********** and knew there was an upcharge. But the guy is in my home and he said he thinks thats the problem. $70 for two switches okay. But doubles the charge for switches on the invoice. $144 for two $5 each light switches. He even installed them crooked. Left the plates off. I had to go back and turn off my breaker and line everything up so it looked nice. I had a $100 tip in my pocket, but he ate that up in over charging and crappy workmanship.Not sure how this Company got an A+ BBB rating. But I will never be using this company again and be telling my friends all about my experience with this Electrician.
