    7/8/2022 service began 7/8/2022 advance payment authorization of $500.00 approved to order window screens 7/9/2022 servicer charges $500.00 + ***** which as not approved. Per the signed authorization 50% due upon signing contract $500.00 7/29 follow up to the company regarding order. stated cancel could not deliver and a refund will be provided serval attempts following the cancellation occurred via email and text. ***** and ***** confirm check mailed, a venmo credit but nothing ever appeared and they stopped responding. Did not care if we filed a complaint. This company stole money
