    Rafael Garcia aka "A+ ***************************** Services LLC" is a scammer and a liar. We had a contract and I paid him $8,000 and he breached the contract and quit the job before it was complete and won't give me back what he owes me. He owes me $3,620 for the incomplete work (and that was me being generous on his poor work) plus I had to take him to court which cost me lots more money and time. He was also very hostile, sexist and aggressive and I've since found out has an extensive court record for things like domestic violence, restraining orders, car theft and more. He was on his best behavior at first to get me to hire him and even told me he didn't need a license to do the work he was doing (which I also found out later is a lie) and then immediately after I hired him, he tried bullying me into agreeing to more costs for stuff he already agreed to do and when I pointed this out, he became very aggressive and hostile and accused me of being a 'dumb woman' who doesn't know anything about building. It seemed once he realized I wasn't one to s**** over by adding on tons of extra fees, he just quit the job and ran off with my money before finishing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
