      I'm totally and permanently disabled. Shattered 6 discs in my neck/6 disc fusion. I also have SEVERE SPINAL STENOSIS! MAULIOLA PHARMACY was EXTORTING HUNDREDS of DOLLARS of my SSI MONEY every visit, calling it a "CONSULTATION FEE"!!?? They send the **** *** a receipt CLAIMING to have accepted payment, then PRINT OUT A SECOND RECEIPT with an EXTRA ITEM, the "CONSULTATION FEE"!!? I have MORE EXAMPLES of the FRAUDULENT FEES, and MANY RECEIPTS that I didn't save/document. This FRAUDULENT FEE has been between $140-$200 PER VISIT!! They've been doing this to me for YEARS, and I FINALLY got the courage to turn them in because they ALWAYS THREATENED ME that IF I TURN them in, I'll have a bigger problem than they would!!? NOW.. I am having an IMPOSSIBLE TIME trying to get my REQUIRED, APPROVED AND AUTHORIZED MEDICATIONS!!!!?? I NEED HELP ASAP!!!! Now that I started this investigation with my local insurance company, I can't get refills ANYWHERE ON ISLAND!!?? PLEASE HELP ME!!! I've been at this for over a month and have EXHAUSTED all of the resources I can find!!! PLEASE, BE THE "CORRECT" people to CONTACT FOR HELP!!! I know there are MULTIPLE FEDERAL FELONIES being done to me every time I went there, but NOBODY SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION!!??? ONE SET OF PRESCRIPTIONS/2 DIFFERENT FRAUDULENT RECEIPTS!?! Taking my SSI MONEY for my MEDICATIONS REQUIRED FOR MY DISABILITY is NEVER permitted! CHARGING me for SERVICES NOT RENDERED NO "CONSULTATION" EVER OCCURRED OR WAS NEEDED!!! I've been taking the SAME medications since ****... So I WOULD NEVER NEED A $120+ CONSULTATION!? PLEASE stop these CRIMINALS from ROBBING other people still going there and help me GET MY MONEY BACK!!! They've driven me COMPLETELY BROKE!!!! I've had to SELL many of my possessions just to pay BILLS!!! PLEASE HELP!!! *************
