      We been asking for your help and support on the equipments repairs. Also copy of those invoices charges since your company requested $15k for us to retrieved the equipments back out from service. Not even knowing what the reports and determination of the diagnostic all Im getting is verbal phone conversation from your hilo service manager Kama something about the Case CX145 screen cluster need to replaced for $7000 when I brought the machine in for engine check error codes and not able to *****. Also the Hydraulic hammer has been in service for not firing since January 2024 paid $1000 something for diaphragm replacement and nitrogen refilling and got back hammer still not functioning. Brought back in again together with the machine for testing in March 2024 and both equipments were hold hostile till end of May 2024 for demand of $15k payment toward the account and was told today that $10,500 were applied to excavator payment. $4500 were applied to service diagnostic of the machine and hammer but still dont know what the issues with the machine and hammer were again last verbally by Kama telling me that the hammer need to be rebuild for $19k which $15k were parts and $4k service repairs. shocking repairs estimate verbal quote, i declined the repairs and your service manager stated then I will have to pay for the diagnostics of $2900 for taking the hammer apart and putting back together. Also the excavator errors codes list provided when bought in the machine still not determined what the issues. The excavator cluster screen has been replaced with a new one and the error codes and not able to ***** issue is till the same. We also have informed your service **** **** to please let me know if the diagnostic of the equipments exceed $1000 before proceeding. Diagnostic of errors code should be 2-4hrs reasonably few hundreds dollars and provide reports and quote before proceeding not thousands and still dont know have clear reports of issues and repair estimated.
