    I put in a deposit of $3441.75 on 7/13/2023 for a reroofing job. On 8/15/2023 I requested to cancel the project and requested a refund due to Kapili's inability to provide me with a start date which would be needed for me to coordinate my solar panel removal with my leasing company. Many emails and phone conversations were made yet my deposit has not been returned to me as of today.

    Our complaint is simply having someone return our call or emails to answer a simple question.We will be having our roof repaired and signed a contract in March 2023.We were told verbally when the work would begin nothing on papers.However, we forgot the estimated month therefore, I have been leaving messages and emails to the company just to get another update on month they would begin work do we could go ahead and arrange for travel plans.Much Mahalos, ******* and ************************* **************
