  Home health aide staff were skillful, both professionally and personally. ****************** was very prompt in response to scheduling requests and in providing documents for insurance claims. I would retain the company again.

  We were connected to SLK Hana Ola through CareSift and I am so grateful that we were. I am an adult child living on the mainland while facilitating care for my parents, specifically my mother, who is wheelchair bound due to a stroke 11 years ago, and needs hands-on compassionate care. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with SLK from the very first interaction. *** did a perfect job pairing my mom with a caregiver whom my parents have immediately bonded with and trust with their lives, literally. My mom's overall wellbeing has improved because of the genuinely kind, patient, high quality care she receives. Our only wish is that we had reached out to SLK sooner! Thank you so much, SLK Hana Ola and our amazing caregiver, for your super professionalism and level of care and communication. Outstanding service and highly recommend!

  We are very pleased with our caregiver *****. She is so compassionate and attentive to our mother. ******* has also been great to work with to make sure that our mother's caregiver would be a good fit for her. We highly recommend SLK Hana Ola for their professionalism and willingness to make sure that their clients are well taken care of and satisfied with their service.

  We have been using SLK Hana Ola for the past several months for my fathers care. My father needs 24/7 care and is immobile. The caregivers need to change his diapers, cook for, feed, and bathe him. Trust is everything. Not once has there been a lapse in caregiving where no one shows up. ******* (the administrator) will cover a shift if someone cant make it. My father came home from a facility with bedsores, and the caregivers from SLK Hana Ola were able to clear those ** in record time. I have met many of my fathers caregivers and each one shows compassion and love by their high standards of excellence. ******* has been transparent and honest about my dads health care. You can clearly see how much they want to be there to help. To SLK Hana Ola and all the caregivers who work for this company, thank you for all that you do!

  I would rate SLK Hana Ola LLC (SLK) as superla??ve!From my experience as a recovering, par??ally paralyzed stroke (Nov 2020) pa??ent who has had to endure the so-called "care" services provided at 4 other at-home and in-residence care facili??es/companies on Oahu, 2 of which were based in *******, SLK alone provided the promised services. SLKs owner/manager and SLK's comprehensive, honest, and loving services are beyond comparison with all the others. I will not atempt to specify details of the deficient services provided by the others, but in general none of the others could be depended on to provide the competent, veted, and caring helpers that SLK has con??nued to provide me now (wri??ng this review on September 1, 2023) star??ng in January 2021. The owner-manager ********************** in fact has gone out of her way to provide complementary medical supplies and other goods and deserves commenda??on for having produced a company that outshines all the others in ******* and likely all others elsewhere on Oahu!

  I have been using aides from SLK to assist in the care of my elderly mother for several months now. They assist with bathing, cleaning patient living areas, laundry, exercises, feeding & light meal prep. My mother is a fall risk, so they are very attentive to her special needs as well as providing great ***************************** Their caring & attentive aides allow my mom to age-in-place. Lifesaver, would not be able to care for mom without SLK.
