  *** ******* in ****************** is unprofessional, rude, and says ageism comments to customers. Telling seniors purchasing a car that its going to last longer than them is unacceptable even if that may be true. Telling them to sign forms without proper walkthrough of documents is unacceptable. ***** ******: Manager says he will speak with *** but who knows if he will. His attitude over the phone was dismissive.Servicing 101 is needed at this location.

  Servco Leeward is like walking into a casino the house always wins and the customer always loses. 1. Backdating Invoices 2. Taking Payment Upfront not performing their duty by servicing or fixing vehicle or ordering parts 3 Gross negligence my car needs a CV boot My car is unsafe to drive I have paid for this to be fixed three times to no avail They never fixed it and I am out the money and my car is all over the road 4 overcharging $9500 quoted verbally *********** for a CV boot a $38 part not a ****** not an engine $9500 for CV boot $4000 higher than mechanic quote! 5 $5000 to fix a horn safety issues Celica window wont roll up or down and horn wouldnt work on 2003 Celica these are safety NVR fixed it charged 5000 7 Anti Trust Laws monopolize of parts unable to get parts with out being robbed humiliated diminished by staff 8 They cant fix things my son fixed his own window rolling up and down even tho I paid them to fix it ********************* S **** T ******** all want money upfront to fix ur car and then they close ur ticket the work isnt done and part never arrives. When u come back to have it fixed same story U have to pay again even tho u paid last time to get it fixed again 12 In Sept 2022 they stole my kids money. He ordered a hood for 2003 ****** they converted the money lost his receipt and said he was out of luck, Mommy had to come in w the receipt and prove he paid cash and the mgr paid me a check three days later Never sorry no empathy no nothing no gratitude toward customers 13 they quote u verbal prices $9500 for Cv boot (April 2024) the have internal messages that are not seen by customers they charge $600-800 for diagnostic quotes but really have internal price of 0.00 after u get ur quote they change the quote and add $4000 as a cut for the managers to split They make u think ur losing ur mind they tell u They wear u down bulky and refuse to fix cars and no one cares Shut them down come by and see for urself

  Absolutely the worst sales department. Extremely unresponsive and not focused on customer experience. Numerous emails, texts and phone messages go unanswered.
