    This practice claims to have compassion. I beg to differ. They sent me a certified letter asking me to find another facility because they felt I was not happy with them meeting my needs. I never stated that I was not happy. On the contrary I brought the front office staff a box of chocolate cookies prior to boarding my 2 dogs there as a gesture of appreciation for accommodating me and making me "happy." The letter was sent without ANY prior communication addressing their concerns. I have been a patron of this practice for over 2 years and not once had anyone spoken to me about not being happy with their services or of any problems that they might have thought existed. I was so hurt and shocked after receiving their dismissal letter that I actually cried. I asked for the owner *************************** to call me and explain why I had been abruptly terminated as a patron with no response. This is a poor reflection of respect which is another word they use to describe their practice. I chose not to listen to the negative rumors about this practice but I should have. I tolerated many of their mistakes without complaining. They billed my pet insurance with the wrong diagnosis, they administered treatments that I had not requested, their patient information system is flawed. I discontinued flea and heartworm pills and still continued to receive "reminders" that my pet is due for refills. This leaves it up to the patient to monitor what is being given to their pets. Shouldn't this be the responsibility of the practice and doctors? I am sorry that they have banned me from using their services as I was in fact "happy" with their facility. A simple phone call from the owner would have been greatly appreciated but my request was not honored. It makes me question the ethics of both the owner and his practice.
