    The staff at Culligan water of Adel has a huge problem with competency. The quality of service to repair and customer service is very poor! during salt delivery, it is the national corporate to do a six point check of the operation of the softener. In November, 2023 that was not done and after a new city water meter was installed in February, 2024, it was found the water softener had been flushing water continuously for months. When that was discovered in April, I called immediately to have the service of the Culligan business. A part was replaced. However, it did not solve the problem and an error code was shown three more times in a month; overall the water bills from the city cost us over $1000. In conversation with the receptionist there was no remorse or help with the concern that the problem should have been fixed the first time. It took three conversations with the owner of the corporation of Culligan water of Adel before an agreement was made on payment. They did deduct a service charge and $100 of the parts since the first repair was not complete. Definitely not a service oriented company.
