    On Tuesday April 18th around 6 pm I ordered pizzas, breadsticks and pop online from Northern Lights totaling $46.22. The estimated delivery time was 35 to 45 minutes. At 7:06 I called them to see when it would be delivered the lady said it was on its way. At 7:37 when nothing arrived I called back and asked to speak with the manager. The lady said manager was delivering pizzas and I said if she was stiill in ******* we might just cancel order and please have manager call me. At 8:52 I called again and asked to speak with a manager requesting a refund for goods that were not delivered. Never received a call. I called on April 19th at 2:22 and 3:55 asked to talk with manager about my refund never received a return call. On April 20th called at 5:31 talked to manager she did not know anything about the refund but her boss would have to take care of it. Told me her boss' name was *****. I said that the lady yesterday told me it was **** to which she said "no she told you *****." I requested my refund for food that was never delivered she said if her boss did it it would take 3 days. I have waited till Monday April 24th and have not received a refund and have not been called back by the boss or anyone concerning this matter.
