    Went into campus garage on November 18th for an oil change before heading home for Thanksgiving break from school. Paid $63.40 for an oil change. Drove home assuming they performed the job. I have performed all work on this car for 2.5 years. I know the rate it ***** oil, and the issues it has.When i got home i checked my oil to find it seemed burned. I checked and found that the oil filter had been replaced. I called campus garage and was reassured by ***** that the oil change would be redone free of charge to fix any mix *** that *** have happened.When i got back to ****, I had them redo the oil change. The oil didn't look very different after the change, and this was ***be a week before winter break. Over winter break and on the way home and back to school i drove a maximum of **** miles. ***** my oil changes the car has not once had fully black oil during an oil change. When i got back to school i checked, and it was burned so badly there was not even any yellowish tint left to it.At this point I wasn't going to trust them touching my car again so i changed the oil in the parking lot myself. Have driven several hundred miles on this oil now, the oil isn't burned and only has a light yellowish tint. The new oil was completely clear.The oil that came out of the oil drain was so unbelievably black it seemed like the oil had not been drained in **** miles (as i said, i know the rate at which the car ***** oil so i know this isn't natural). I would like my $63.40 back, and some apology, for somehow either putting old oil into my engine, or simply being unable to remove a drain plug for 5 minutes and letting the engine drain. That's an embarrassment. How do you mess up an oil change so badly. The car doesn't burn oil that fast, i know that.

    I JUST LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ****** & WILL BE GLAD TO REFUND HIS $63.40. I AM NOT SURE WHAT IS CAUSING HIS ISSUE, BUT WE CHANGED THE OIL & FILTER TWICE, THE SECOND TIME FOR FREE, & HE STILL SAYS THE OIL LOOKS DIRTY. HIS CAR HAS ******* MILES ON IT & THE INSIDE OF THE ENGINE MAY BE DIRTY. WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF COMPLAINT & HOPE AN APOLOGY & HIS MONEY BACK WILL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THANKS
