    Worst experience and unprofessional behavior by the staff. My friends are laughing at my hair and instead of hearing me out the owner shut me off by saying that I should expect mistakes as the haircut is done by students. I mean if the students are in the learning process don't allow them to cut hair unattended.

    Our team works very hard to facilitate a safe environment conducive to learning while focusing on teaching our students how to give a great guest experience.  We acknowledge that this does not always happen seamlessly.  Mistakes happen and we strive to remedy the error with the guest while teaching the student how to handle guest complaints/conflict resolution.  This guest in particular was a regular visitor and with each visit we strived to please but were unsuccessful.  Our team and students did their best to try to ensure guest satisfaction with the service provided, but after the last visit our team determined that we just aren't able to make this guest happy.  We did refer the guest to other places of business where the service providers have many years of experience and would be able to accommodate their expectations.

    This school never wanted me to succeed. This school discriminated me each and every day. This school made things harder for me to do. This school is also no sanitary according to the law. This school isnt practicing things or teaching their students the right way to do things. Please somebody look into this school and do something. There is very bad things going on here, not to mention illegal things. And racism at its Fullest.

PCI Academy believes in and works very hard to cultivate an environment where everyone feels safe and able to learn. We do not tolerate racism. Our curriculum standards are set high, with an expectation that our students are taught how to perform services accurately while maintaining cleanliness and safety for their guests. We are working diligently to resolve this directly with the student.
