    While transporting my mothers ashes across the country, we decided to stay at the Quality Inn in **** ** for one night. We checked in at about midnight on 08/13/22 and checked out around 10 am on 08/14/22. When we arrived, the light switch by the front door did not work but since we were incredibly tired we were able to get the light by the bed to switch on and promptly fell asleep. When we awoke, we noticed that the room was was absolutely disgusting! There was clearly human excrement stains on the first bed, and on the second bed there was an even larger stain that looked like blood. There was ***** matter next to the microwave with yellow bugs or maggots all over it and additional stains all over the carpets. We found more blood on the safe, and urine puddles all around the toilet. I was charged $167.44 for the room and they refuse to give me a refund even though i have emailed them pictures of the room and spoke with the hotel manager concerning these issues.

    On June 17, 2022 a group of parents stayed at the Comfort inn and suites in **** **** for our childs Games. I was in charge of making the reservations for the entire team parents. I worked with the *** *****, on negotiating rates for the team. I secured the rooms with a credit card and was in contact with ***** about late cancellation fees. ***** advised there would be no late cancellation fees and I have an email to prove that. I have been working with ***** to get that credit issued back to my card but it is still not credited back to my account. I also have an email stating I would not be charged any cancellation fees as long as I worked with her. I have been in contact with her to get the credit issued. When I contacted her on July 15th she stated she would contact her manager to initiate the credit. I have not heard back from ***** or her supervisor in since that date and my account still has not credited.I have provided a screen shot and I would be happy to provide other emails as references. Thank you!
