    PLEASE READ THIS:BUYER BE ****!!!!My name is ******************* and I am a transportation Broker. I have worked with *** Smith and his company since the 2021. He also partners with another customer out of Independence, ** Hi-Tech ********************** (customer *****). Late in 2023 I received a text from ***** and a phone call asking me to find some trucks (2) out of *******. I have text messages and emails giving me direction to send my truck in. Giving me the okay. Below is an excerpt from one of those emails from *** Smith. Gave me the pick up information and delivery information. After my truck showed up to the site they were told they were not needed. I DID receive any calls, emails or text messages prior to my carrier showing up to the site to get loaded which they were hired to do.In this industry, if a carrier shows up and for whatever reason they are not used they are owed something for showing up. They asked for a Truck Order Not **** ******************** I called ***** (who actually hired me) and he told me this was not his issue and to call ***. I started calling and emailing. They originally told me they had communicated to me that they canceled. I DO NOT HAVE ONE email or text asking me to back off.I have emailed asking for the money I have called them asking for money I have turned this over to our Credit collector I have all the pertinent information that I CANNOT add into this message They refuse to answer calls or pay anything Pick-Up Location:*******, ** ***** Rigger:*************************** Drop-Off Location:Independence, ** ***** Contact:***************************
