    I spoke with a credit administrator by the name of ******* ********, I believe out of their ******** office, about some questions I had on my account. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. At one point laughing at my questions and another claiming I needed to stop cutting her off and let her speak. Then, she proceeded to hang up the phone on me and ignore my returning calls, my questions were never answered. I left a message saying how she was behaving was extremely unprofessional and would like to speak with her supervisor. She called me back less than 2 min later saying her boss would be in touch. It's been a week and I don't believe she referred me to her boss at all. So based on that, I guess she lies too. The entire experience has been shocking and hope nobody else has to deal with her attitude like, I did. And my questions still haven't been answered! If I could leave zero stars I would.
