Hi, dear. Can you help us? Our son ********* is studying in an education institution - *********************. We have found a rental apartment in ****, **** from Elite Property Management. He has lived there for about a year and a half. We did not have any issues with them and they did not have any issues with us. We have always paid our dues on time. The last month we have found weird behavior with our son, he has stopped answering our calls and messages. He has stopped eating. We have found him in a bad state. He was extremely skinny and inadequate. He had no interest in continuing his studies. It was only a split of a second, and we have rushed to the the educational institution and requested leave of absence until January. Later, we have taken him to a doctor and we have the medical results. We are asking for your help. We have informed our landlord Elite Property Management that we have an emergency situation and that ********* is not able to continue his studies right now until January and live in his apartment. We have taken him home. We personally do not even know if he is going to continue his studies. The landlord has told us that our sorrowful situation cannot break our rental agreement until July and that we are obligated to continue our payments for the apartment, up until Elite Property Management finds new renters. We cannot pay for the apartment that is not occupied until January or until our rental agreement until July. We have offered them to take $600 from our deposit as a means of compensation. We have cleaned out the apartment and sent them the keys. We did not plan this to happen with our son and we have not planned on breaking our rental agreement with Elite Property Management, but leaving our son alone in the apartment would be a murder. Can you help us out to ask Elite Property Management so they take the $600 from the deposit we paid and say bye.Thank you

My boyfriend and I signed a lease for an apartment with total property management in November of 2021. We were notified earlier this year that our property management had changed to elite property management and that our lease agreement would still be honored. I managed to reach the manager a couple times in March, but we havent heard anything from him since then. Since then we have had a few questions we wanted to discuss concerning our upcoming move in, but we have been unable to reach anyone. Every form of contact we try to reach them doesnt work including email, calling, and texting. They dont have a physical office so we cant go in person. We even reached out to the chamber of commerce and they were able to reach someone, but the management still has yet to get back to my boyfriend and I, as in they are still not answering our calls or emails. We are unsure what to do at this point and we just want better communication from this management.
