    On March 30, 2024, I took my 2005 ***** Tahoe to ********** in ****, **, due to unsafe vibration at highway speeds. I was first told that I needed to replace the ******* Arm. The following morning when I dropped my vehicle off, I was told a different technician would be looking at it to confirm the problem. 2 hours later, I received a call that this was not the problem and I actually needed inner and outer tie rods replaced. I allowed the shop to work on what they changed their mind to. In addition I paid for a tire balance and an alignment. The alignment was off, pulling to the left since I got the vehicle back. They re assured me many times that I just needed to change shocks and would be a very smooth ride. This was not the case. I did replace the shocks and the problem was still there before and after the shock replacement. The vehicle is in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. The vibration is unsafe. I paid to have this fixed and $936.25 later, the problem has worsened. I called the shop they said oh our tech is leaving early can't help you today and pushed me off to later tomorrow. This vehicle has to make it 100 miles one way 3 days in a row this week or I have to rent a car for something I thought was fixed. I am requesting a full refund so I can get my vehicle fixed correctly somewhere else. I called consumer assistance at corporate office who would not release the owners phone number for me to get a resolution to this matter. If someone messes up on a vehicle a shop should make that tech stay and fix what they messed up. It is not the customers fault for their s**** up.

    This customer came into my shop for repairs we repaired her vehicle. A month later she put shocks on the front of her truck causing the camber to go out of spec and caused the vehicle to pull. We got her vehicle redid the alignment and she has been a customer in my shop 3 times since this incident. She also informed me she was retracting her complaint because we took care of the issue.
