    I purchased a year floral subscription in December from Adina Blooms, for a monthly flower delivery in 2023. Total cost on my card was $794.95. I received my January and February deliveries but nothing in March and the company will not return my calls. I reached out to them on March 15th to inquire and was told they were on spring break and planned to deliver the following week, likely on Thursday. I confirmed this would be fine. That date came and went without floral delivery or any communication. I have tried contacting them several times since to cancel my subscription for the remainder of the year but have not heard any response at all. *Also, you have their address listed as ****** but I believe they relocated to ***********, though they still serve the ********** area.

    They promised specific peony flowers as the spavia flower arrangement on their website. They said they had to get the specific flower from another store but they had enough time to get it and said they could make the arrangement exactly as the website described. That is the only reason why I booked with this company since its my sisters favorite flower. This is what my sister got for her birthday for $100. When I called to complain they said they would investigate and would get back to me but they never did. I never even received a phone call. They also didnt include the message that we wanted for my sisters birthday. She didnt get a message and was wondering who they were from.
