      Many times I would fill my car at the pump but the reciept would not come out. It instructed me to go inside. Once is a fluke but this happened several times. If you offer pay at the pump, the receipt should be available. After a few times I was afraid it might be a scam. No way for me to prove just raised the hair on the back of my neck. Besides this the customer service is terrible. Sometimes the Semi deliverky truck will park right in front of the store door with the ramp of supplies blocking the walkway. Parked on the handicapped parking spaces also. No one apologized or gave instriuctions on how to go around. Many but not all of the workers are rude or ignore the customers. I have stopped going to this store despite the fact it is the closest to my home. Also when traveling I avoid Caseys if at all possible because of the horrible service.
