      They were very quick to respond and gave me a full refund for a protein powder. Want to my liking. I ordered another flavor and it was great!

      Dishonest business. Was ghosted by them and its very frustrating. I ordered the vegan banana nut protein and it was completely terrible. I contacted them to return it and receive a refund. They sent me a return label and I sent it back accordingly. Its been several months and I havent heard from them. I have sent follow up emails and they have not gotten back to me. I have NOT received my money returned. So now they have my protein and my money and will not reply to my communications. Terrible product and terrible service.

      I placed an order with Bowmar a while back for a tub of their Blueberry Cheesecake protein. As a broke college student who is pretty particular about where I spend my money, I was so excited to treat myself to something I had been wanting to try for a long time. My order shipped out and I diligently watched the tracking on the day it was supposed to arrive and even waited around at home for it to show up, however it never came. With no changes to the tracking updates, I contacted Bowmar customer service to explain my situation. They quickly shut me down, telling me it was now my responsibility to remedy the situation with the shipping company and it was out of their hands. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, my package tracking eventually updated, indicating it was being sent back to the facility for an unknown reason. *I* had to contact *them* to request a refund for my products that were never even delivered to me, at no fault of my own, as they showed no care and made no effort to follow up with me on the situation. It's frustrating because, to this day, they have many products that I have an interest in ordering, however I do not want to do business with a company that shows no care or concern to resolve issues that are out of the customer's control. Great looking products, but the customer service is severely lacking.

      I have been purchasing BN products for a couple of years. Their customer service has always been fantastic!
      I had one bag of protein that just wouldn’t mix well after trying a few different methods of prep. I emailed CS and we talked about it. After just 2 emails to them, they offered a replacement bag or a GC. I took the GC.
      I also had a BN order get stolen once it was delivered. Once I let them know, they resent the order. I believe I had paid for insurance but I didn’t have to fight for a replacement like I’ve had to with other companies.
      Sarah is also active in her IG dms and has answered many questions from me. The CS team has also answered my questions very fast. Typically same day.
      Even after 2 years of using supplements, I have questions and BN has been nothing but helpful. They do care about their customers and now it’s the company I’ll order from.

      I am obsessed with all things Bowmar!! Best tasting protein powder out there, every morning I start my day with 2 scoops melt , 1 scoop of reds and purples, 1 scoop of glut. 1 scoop of pre, and I’m always excited to wake up and drink it. Highly highly recommend!! After my early morning workout, I drink a protein shake with a scoop of collagen to equal 42 grams of protein. Just really love how I feel!!

      Currently being sued for falsely claiming how much protein is in their protein powders. Cases are being thrown out on technicalities, huge red flag coming from a family of lawyers. Would like to hear what they have to say in regards to it.

      I’ve been a customer since 2020. Their collagen is amazing. Best one out there in my opinion. I just placed a big order for my husband and I with other products. I’m excited to try them. The owners get so much hate on their social media and those angry folks bring it over here. What goes around comes around. Be kind. It’s free.
