    Midwest Pest contacted us to do a service at my house on 10/32023. We advised them not to come. They then claimed to do a service at my house on 10/3/2023 that was not completed (they even provided fake service notes) and billed me for it. When we advised them that we had requested they not come, they asked if we wanted to reschedule for November. At that point I told them that I no longer wanted to do business with them. They contacted my wife in May saying they were coming out for a new treatment. My wife did not respond to them. I dont know if they came out or not, but they charged us again. I will not make this payment because I did not and do not want their service.

    Good Morning,

    After reviewing, This complaint this is regarding a different pest management company by the name of Midwest Pest Control, I operate Midwest **************** I am a one man operation (Owner/ and sole technician) so the only number you would be communicating to me would be **********. 
    Midwest Pest Control expanded into **** a few years back and I have gotten a lot of confusion with customers not knowing what company they are talking to. Midwest *************** has been servicing the Des Moines metro since 1967.

    Im happy to help in any way I can, but this complaint is for the incorrect company.
