Roof Iowa is amazing! They squeezed me in so I was only waiting about two weeks after signing the contract. The contract was short and to the point unlike some other places that have a 12 page contract. I was given price options. NO MONEY DOWN! Roof Iowa does not bill you until the end so no worries of paying money upfront and the work not being done. The roofers showed up at 7am and worked until 7pm and my roof was done in one day! The cleanup was thorough and they came back to run the magnet again and do a final inspection. I received txt messages throughout the process with pictures of my roof so I always knew what stage they were at. I appreciated the communication, the no money down, and the fact that they had the best pricing from all my estimates. Best experience I have ever had with a company.
