    Very misleading , when I purchase this we had a biweekly contract with the previous owners . New owners came into place and somehow my contract is changed without my consent , they never provided a bill for every 2 weeks or once a month I have no idea what my balance is and what fees may be included was told by ****** store manager they receive receipts but I dont get any confirmation at all . I need a contract adjustment and to file a complaint on this company

    ****** has always had access to her balance, if the customer is in the store when they make there payment, a receipt will print, if they are not in store and want to know the balance of their account all they have to do is call the store or send a text. As for the payments, ****** was paying monthly, she requested to switch to bi weekly on 3/30/2024 at 3:02PM. This customer is habitually late with her payments and we have been more than flexible with her.
