This company was paid to do a metallic epoxy floor on my basement remodel. They came and prepped/laid down the initial coat. Then, they came back a 2nd time to apply the top coat and sand it. During the 2nd visit the workers were clearly under the influence of drugs most likely marijuana in my professional opinion. 1. We were told this was a glossy finish. It is a matte finish. 2. several large bubbles were apparent in the finish that popped and left exposed concrete.3. the top coat was applied very sloppily and can see all of the brush strokes 4. they sanded the glossy finish before applying the top coat and can see scratchy swirl marks throughout the finish.5. several areas part of the floor plan were not finished -- these include the door areas and an area in the bathroom under the urinal. all of these areas show bare concrete floor.6. When we complained nobody came to inspect the work; instead we have text messages telling us they were coming to redo the floor. We made a date and time and even told them they needed to meet with our contractor prior to starting as he had some concerns.7. They did not show up on that day. When my husband called the representative told him he didn't know what he was ******** and whining about a few bubbles for.8. the representative later came to the house with some hand tools clearly not going to redo the floor. My husband was upset and attempted to point out all of our concerns with the floor. The representative told him that "if he knew so much then why didn't he just do it himself?" at that point my husband was very upset by the way the company and this representative did business and kicked him out of our home. The representative claimed that he was recording my husband during this visit. 9. the company has refused to communicate with us since then.
