    My new driveway was replaced in 2 different sections.The 1st section is a nice ****/white color after it dried.The 2nd section is a completely different color---brown.The business owner refuses to come look at the issue.I have asked him several times to stop by.The 2nd section of the driveway needs to be redone.

    The homeowner hired ************** (***********************), ************** hired Pleasant Valley Redi-Mix to deliver Concrete. The attachments are a copy of the disclaimer on the delivery ticket stating that  PVRM is not responsible for color quality of concrete. Pictures are also attached of the concrete that was poured. The owner of PV Redi-Mix reached out to the homeowner stating that color of concrete is not guarantee. When PVRM called ************** to discuss this issue ************** stated the homeowner fertilized his yard which is the result of the discoloration. Here are two links regarding fertilizer and staining concrete.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    PV Ready Mix needs to come see the issue in person, the pic does not represent the true severity of the situation.

    The statement about fertilizer being used is completely false !!!!!

    It states in our contract with the ****** who hired to deliver the contract that "not resposible for reactive aggregate or color quality.  The color quality you are complaning about is considered color quality which is not guaranteed.

    The contractor who you hired did go to the job site.

    You did not directly hire PVRM.
