    Paid for a haircut 2 months in advance, had a death in my family and wanted to reschedule, they would not Reschedule or call me back until the next day or which they said the stylist wouldnt think she was no longer a fit for me, Ive gone to her ****** for years, no money back , told me I would have to pay again, also told me they would call me back to see if ****** would cut my hair. No phone call This is an expensive haircut $53!!!

    Salon Halo cancelation policy is as follows: 

    We kindly operate a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you are unable to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance we will require you to place a credit card on file to hold future appointments. If canceled without a 24 hour notice your card will be charged for the appointment. 

    This client has canceled her appointments seven time in the last 6 months, some within 24 hours most not. We feel we have worked with her for her appointments as much as possible but with such a high cancelation rate we are not able to continue to do so.

     I have Not cancelled in the time frame they are saying!

     I get my hair cut every 4-5 months!!!

    there was a death in my family and they wouldnt work with me !
