    My son has double coverage for health insurance. He was seen on 12/18-12/20. It has been several months, and I have tried to contact them to speak to their business manager who handles insurance. She assured me that both insurances were being processed. I called my insurance several times since then, the most recent on 5/15/2025, and they still have not submitted the claim. I emailed their business manager, ***** ****** on 2/12/2025 resubmitting my insurance. I called again my insurance who also called them on 5/2/2025, and they still have not submitted the claim for my son's hospital bills that occurred on 12/18-12/20. This is problematic because if claims are not submitted within a year's time then they can request money from us.

Our facility has been in contact with Ms. ****** and the situation was resolved satisfactorily. Please know that we work closely with our consumers in obtaining maximum benefits from their insurance companies to cover their financial responsibilities.
