******** I would not hire this company. My bank used them for an appraisal on a loan and the inspector reported back to my bank completely untruthful facts made under assumption about my home. This caused us to have to move to another loan officer which needed another appraisal and yet they used this company again only I was present and not my wife alone. No questions were asked about the home except after I informed the inspector about the home. Both inspections lasted 6 to 10 minutes. This lack of professionalism and quality has cause yet another 2 month long process in getting this loan settled. Granted I am sure this company may have done well for others, this inspector is not welcome to do any work for us again.Thank you

With manufactured housing the property must be permanently affixed to be classified as real estate. If it is not permanently affixed, it is considered as personal property. At the first inspection the appraiser was told that the structure was still on wheels and could be driven off the site. This information was relayed to our client. It appears that this turned out to not be accurate which caused the necessity of a second inspection. At the second inspection the appraiser asked to see underneath the property to confirm the property was permanently affixed since conflicting information was provided. Once this was confirmed we proceeded with the assignment. This appears to be what caused the delays. We are never happy to learn that a property owner has a bad experience with us, so we appreciate the feedback. We did follow up with our client in this case to see if they needed any additional information from us and if they were satisfied and they said they were.
