    These guys not only messed up 1 order for me, they redid the order at a discount (not really much of a discount) and then redid the order where the print job was even lousier than the first time, lots of damaged signs and broken boxes.When I contacted them about it, I followed their protocols to file a complaint and since then, I have only been ********** NOT USE THESE GUYS AND SPREAD THE WORD...THESE GUYS ARE A SHAM.

    The first order that the customer is referring to was received in early May 2024 with the complaint coming in July, 2 months approximately 2 months after receiving the signs. The signs were printed correctly and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately after 2 months of having the signs the customer said the signs were sticking together. As he as out of the time frame to let us know of any issues with the order, we offered to print the signs at half price for him to help get his customer the order they were needing. He agreed after being upset that we would not discount the additional 1000 signs he wanted to add to the order as well. It was explained that we could only discount the original and that he would have to pay full price for the additional order. The order for 1000 signs was entered into standard production which is estimated at 3-5 business days. The order unfortunately went out on day 6 due to an error on the shipping company not arriving to get the freight. The customer unfortunately was very irate with our staff. He would yell, scream and cuss at who answered the phone. Once he received his new order he stated that the order was not usable at all and that everything was damaged. We asked for pictures to see the damage and to see if the end user could still use the signs. The pictures help us determine the severity of any damage and allows us to move forward with a resolution. He threatened the staff, called them names and threatened them with an attorney coming after them personally. After many calls of him yelling and cussing at the staff it was determined that we would not allow him to treat the staff in that manner and did not answer his phone calls. He then had the end user calling us to get information about the order and as this was not one of our customers, we could not supply any information to them about the situation.  As we understand that the customer was upset, he in no way wanted to accept any suggestions or information we had for him. In all we would have loved to be able to come to a resolution but there seemed to be no resolution that made the customer happy. Since this incident occurred, we have since decided to part ways in our business relationship.

    Ordered 500 yard signs and 600 step stakes on Tuesday 9/27 and called ahead of time to confirm I would recieve the order by Tuesday 10/4. Recommended I pay $355 extra for "next day" production. I did. Next day production means the signs would be shipped on Friday from my Tuesday order? Signs did not ship on Friday. Called Monday and was told they would be shipping Monday. They did not ship Monday. Several conversations with them Tuesday and was treated EXTREMELY poorly by the owner and was hung up on twice and had to call from different phones to get them to answer to try and help resolve the issue. The owner said "you are one of those people that just cant be satisfied with anything", "I'll cancel your order right now and I wont shipt it out at all, is that what you want?!?", "I gave you a refund for the next day production, what else do you want?!" I asked for faster shipping. Was told I could pay over $500 more to get the signs delivered when I needed them. Then I said I would take **** up on his offer to cancel the order but then was told he left for the day and it was too late to cancel the order so he refused to. I was also told I would be refunded the $355 I paid to have them produced next day. In the end the signs arrived on Thursday instead of Tuesday which was too late for my customer. They also refused to refund my $355 and instead provided an in store credit. I asked again for the amount to be refunded and they said NO. The entire experience was much worse and more involved than what I can get into here but the terrible customer service and the lies told without any remorse or action to fix the problem was the issue. They should refund me for the shipping, extra fee, and half the order as they did not provide the service they said they would.
