They sold me a 2018 Chevy trax. It had the check engine light on once I got it home. We paid $6000 and have put $3500 in it and now the ac goes out. Another $2000. What piece they sold me!!!

    The
2018 Chevrolet Trax was sold to customer on March 1, 2023. Before the sale, the
customer’s husband looked and test drove the Chevrolet Trax on February 27,
    2023.

    The
customer signed all paperwork (including a Buyers Guide-As Is-No Dealer
Warranty) on March 1, 2023. A few weeks after the sale customer called (after
business hours) and left a voicemail stating something was wrong with the car.
We returned the call the next day. The customer did not return our call, email
or stop in after the call she left a few weeks after the sale. Since she did
not return our call, we did not know what issues she was having with vehicle.

    On
Tuesday, May 30, 2023, customer called (after business hours) and left a
voicemail saying AC was not working. On Wednesday, May 31, 2023, we contacted
the customer back. The customer did not answer and we left a voicemail. The
customer did call back today, Thursday, June 1, 2023, and asked for Randy.
Randy was not here today so I left a message for him to return her call Monday
when he returns. The customer seemed to be fine with that and left me her name
    and phone number.

    We
were than contacted by the BBB on a complaint from this customer. As of this time
we are still unsure why this customer sent a complain to the BBB as we have
reached out to the customer to figure out the issue. Also, customer contacted
us May 30, after business hours (around 7pm) and left a voice message and contacted
BBB the same day. Thus, giving no time to even discuss her problems with the
    Chevy Trax.

    We
do have proof of all signed documents (Title, Application for Title, Purchase
Agreement, Privacy Policy and Buyer’s Guide-As Is No Dealer Warranty)  customer signed on March 1, 2023.
