    There was a referral to get my eyebrows done by my daughter, ************************* from Kelsie PMU, the agreed fee was $200.00, if I booked in April/2024 . I went online and booked my appointment for April 29th @ 8:30 am. I paid a $ ***** deposit online and I did receive confirmation. Saturday, April 27th, Kelsie sent me a text message advising me that Monday, she was double booked, asking if I could change my appointment to Sunday, April 28th, 2024 @ 9:00 am. I agreed to the change. I was at the shop location, Sunday, April 28th @ 8:45 am. I waited until 9:30 am, tried calling and texting Kelsie, no answer, so I went home. Sunday night Kelsie texted me and apologized for her not showing up for my appointment. Kelsie then stated she would give me an additional $***** her service for her missing the appointment. Kelsie then rescheduled me for Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 @ 4:00 pm. I agreed to the reschedule. Thursday, May 2, 2024 @ around 3:00pm, Kelsie texted me to say that her babysitter showed up at her home intoxicated, and she would need to reschedule my appointment again. I agreed. Kelsie rescheduled for Friday, May 3, 2024 @ 12:30 pm. I arrived at 12:30 pm for my appointment. Once my service was completed, she then stated that I owed her an additional $200.00, I told her I thought it started at $200.00? I tried to get my daughter on the phone, since she had referred me, and was given a special rate, but she was at work. I then paid Kelsie $200.00 cash. My daughter then called Kelsie, to ask her why she over charged me, and Kelsie stated that she would have to review the messages. My daughter then provided her with all of the text messages, screenshots, and she finally responded to me, stating she would refund $***** (deposit). I texted her again, stating that it was not adding up, I am due a refund of $******. I texted Kelsie directly, and gave her 72 hours to respond to my request for the ****** refund, and now she is ignoring my calls and texts.
