    On Jan 11, 2023 I purchased a Hood mounted light bar bracket for $186.09 I understood from reading the website that there would be a wait time of around 6 weeks. After placing the order, i never received a confirmation email or follow-up from Mowhawk Off-road. The transaction was processed on my credit card immediately though of course.****** refund my money or ship my order!

    Order # ***** I placed an order for a part on 12/8/2922 for $75.00 which was processed immediately. From there, it has been a nightmare trying to contact the business for status. Once the business finally responds, its excuse after excuse. Now the companys website is down and no response for 6 weeks. I want the order fulfilled immediately or I expect a full refund.

    On 8-13-2022 I purchased and paid $85 dollars for a light bar mount original order # *****. I read the website fully and understood that it may take 4 to 6 weeks of lead time to build this product. I had no problem with that. I waited patiently 2 to 3 months and then started emailing the business for updates.I received responses in the beginning and then nothing. No updates no responses to emails. Now I can't get a hold of anyone and the website is no longer online. As of 3-20-2023 no response, no product shipped, no excuses via email as I was receiving before.

    I have been running drastically behind schedule for the last year. Three days ago I just got out of the hospital was in the hospital for 2 weeks for a severe upper GI bleed.     In September of 2022 I ordered a part from mohawk off road fab and never received the part nor my $85 back...**** the owner took down the febsite and is not responding to anyone!!!.

    I ordered a light bracket on 4/21/2022 for $100 from this business. As of today 2/16/2023 I have still not received my order (#*****). Business was responsive in the beginning, but the last couple emails have gone unanswered. I've also found that their website has been taken down. At this point I want the product immediately, or a full refund!

    I ordered a part from this company in February 2022. It has still not been shipped and the owner (****) just keeps making up excuses. It's now almost a year and I don't have the part nor has he issued the requested refund of payment for the part.

    I do not accept the response from the business owner.  This is just the same old excuses he has been telling me for for over a year now and he has not sent the part or issued the refund.  All the while he continued to keep his web site up accepting new orders while he wasn't fulfilling the orders already waiting parts.  He finally took down the site but probably there are many more others that will never get their parts or their money back.

    I placed an order with Mohawk Off-road Fab through their website and made full payment by PayPal on 11/22/2021. I received confirmation email on the same day. As of today, 10/31/2022, Mohawk Off-Road Fab has not shipped my order. Up until 8/25/2022 they were responding to my emails but they have since stopped responding. I would like a refund from them but they refused.

    Ordered some light brackets on December 5th 2021. $85. Have not received parts 10 months later. Have contacted several times and have been told every time parts would be shipped out in 2-3 weeks every time. Asked for a refund in August and they have stopped responding to me.

    In response to complaint ********. This is a custom designed and custom cut CNC plasma emblem. I have had difficulties cutting this, have cut one for this customer in the past. They ordered another one and I am having trouble cutting it as well. It is very fine cuts and detail. Doing everything I can to get this order fulfilled. I have spent a lot of time and a lot of material getting this to cut rate. Like I said this is a custom-made item and I'm hoping to have it completed very soon. It will ship **** 2 to 3 Day priority mail with tracking when I get it done.

    I ordered a pod light bracket from Mohawk Off Road Fab on 1/18/2022. For my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I paid $75 using PayPal. After I ordered the bracket I received the order form and a note from **** the owner as follows: ****, I could have it shipped out by the end of the month at the latest. I am actually doing another order for the same bracket tomorrow (Tuesday)I have sent several emails to **** and each one has been a different excuse as to why he has not shipped the light bracket. Here are a few:****, will be coming soon. I will send you the tracking number as soon as I ship it out.****, you will have it soon. I apologize for the delay. It will be worth the wait.****, I have been having issues getting steel locally in my area. Limited supply and prices are crazy. I have an appointment to get more early next week. I will get it done and shipped out to you soon. Sorry for the delay it has been a bad year...I just want the light bracket now that this is 7 months after I ordered it.

    I am a one-man privately owned shop.

    Orders are made as they are received, per order, I keep no inventory.

    As stated on my website at checkout during purchase in a red & yellow banner at the top of every page of my website stating:

    "I normally allow 15 - 30 business days for order processing as stated on my website/ listing, but due to some equipment complications, steel availability, increased steel prices, an unusually large amount of orders, increased shipping costs, and mandatory forced overtime at my full-time factory job, I am running behind schedule."

    Also, all buyers must agree to my terms of purchase listed at checkout which states everything listed above.

    It also clearly states on my website that the buyer has 3 days to cancel the order after purchase. I accept no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

     

    I want you to understand that I am processing orders on a daily basis, and I am doing everything I can to get orders out but still running behind. I've had some recent equipment issues but are now resolved. My main issue is the large amount of orders I have received and the lack of time to complete.


    I offer the buyer Free Shipping in the US and I always ship using **** 2-3 Day Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance.
    When I ship I will send the buyer their **** tracking number via email when the items are delivered to the Post Office.

     

    I have explained all the above to this customer.

    I have heard all the same excuses the owner stated but almost 8 month after ordering the bracket I still dont have it. Tell me why he is behind but his web site states that they are excepting new orders? Also I could have canceled my order 3 days after ordering but how would I know at that time I was going on a 8 month wait list? I guess I will just have to wait this problem out!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
