    This is the second time I have had issues with this company. On Sept. 11, 2023, they sent me a letter requesting documentation of services received, which I have sent. However, they have denied that documentation without any explanation or contact whatsoever. When I try to contact someone, it is after hours and I have to wait until the next morning to get this resolved.

    When ******************** receives a denial it is emailed to him at the addresses he provided in the attachment.  The denial reason is outlined in the letter and states the additional information that is needed according to the *** federal regulation.  I impersonated ******************** and it shows he has received 92 messages from EBS.  Two of those messages were requests for additional information.  For one claim, EBS requested documentation on 3/17/2023, ******************** responded on 6/1/2023.  For the second claim, EBS requested documentation on 9/12/2023, and he responded on 9/13/23.  EBS is open Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST and we strive to provide excellent customer service.  Additionally, we will leave voicemails or email correspondences with our clients to help them understand what is needed in order to substantiate a flexible spending claim.
