    I paid this company on 3/30/23, $2,850 up front (half of the estimated value of project) agreed upon contract to fix a window in my living and put up a vinyl fence in my back yard they had put up a fence with only wooden 4x4s in the post for the doors they claimed that wouldve cost extra for the other posts which they did not inform me of in the beginning and we live on a corner block so it gets very windy the doors they put in could not be shut properly and would get stuck if you did get them closed and they eventually fell off because of latching problems. When I went back to tell them the problems I paid the rest of the agreed total of $5200 so that way $280 was remaining so I was assured they would fix the problem they came back insisting I had to open the side door with a string and that was the only solution (did not fix the problem) the other door they put on a retention wire that was supposed to hold the custom door up to not get stuck (didn't fix the problem) they left without checking if i was satisfied and when my girlfriend called back he said that we where being difficult customers and that he had been doing this business for 25 years and that if I thought I knew how to do it better I should do it myself I did not pay the remaining balance and I still to this day have not heard back.
