I have a buyer and they are holding things up with getting an appraisal that the bank requires. They don&#**;t want to move forward with the sale of this house that I have been trying to sell for 3.5 years because this bathroom project is not getting done. It has been 90 days today that he has received my money and in 90 days, he has done very little. When H3233353737**3035**36H took over this project, *************************** said 7-14 days and he would be done. That would have put him done in February at the earliest and 31 days in March at the maximum. We are at Mother&#**;s Day and there is a substantial amount of work that has to be done. This is not a full bathroom remodel. This is a partial remodel on a SMALL BATHROOM.This is causing me to LOSE MONEY because the people buying it are waiting, I am texting ***** and he isn&#**;t answering. I am emailing him and he isn&#**;t answering. I have tried and tried everything and now I have to *** him if he doesn&#**;t get this work done.I just want the work done. Please, for the love of God, get the work done. NOW.My desire isn&#**;t to *** him. He has forced my hand to do this. He will also be the third person/contractor to take money from me regarding this same house who isn&#**;t doing what they said they were supposed to do. I would think his business reputation would matter more than it seems to matter.
