Thanks loan mountian, jim,Liz, after having issues after issues with an unsafe truck and equipment, having my air bags, another tier blowing up in Willington Ohio, i had to sit out a week trying to figure a way to pay for another issues on the road loosing a week of work, I take a 3 round trip to NJ and on my first run another airline blew up on me to have another road service call.
I have never missed a bill payment or behind on rent, thanks to representatives from loan mountian they managed to have destroyed my credit line and not only that have littery have taken me hostage to breaking me down as a person, husband, father, my church community, as a friend colleague to others as I will continue to blame them and partners who are involved 2nd review reference to the first one here are more pictures don't end up like me can't keep your head up with so many failures.

    Avoid this corrupt organization.
I’ve been paying for my truck for 4 yrs. Finally, I have successfully completed the terms and financial agreement just to turn around to not have my Title in hand. Truck was paid off in August 2023. It is now November 27th going well into December and we do not have our truck title in hand.
We have spoken with Elisha and her supervisor. They continue to give us the run around as to why we don’t have the title.
They are blaming Minnesota then they are blaming Rhode Island as to why we don’t have our title in hand.
Their system sucks. Lone mountain (Cresco Capital) made sure to collect their money every 1st of the month but yet couldn’t deliver my title in hand.
I know I am not the only one being taken advantage of. GIVE ME MY TITLE. THE TRUCK HAS SATISFACTORILY BEEN PAID OFF EVEN DURING COVID I MANAGED TO PAY!!!!!!

THEY ARE A SCAM. I needed new brake drums, new brake pads, a new radiator, a brake chamber, I had a major air leak due to bad brake foot valve, and the trucks are governed. They repossessed my vehicle after it was broken down for nearly a month. Then replacements were needed within the first month.

We allow every customer the opportunity to inspect the truck themselves as well as get any 3rd party inspection of their choosing when they purchase a truck from us. We don't have any record of the repairs listed in his review, and none of them would take remotely close to a month to repair, as he claims.

Mr. Davis canceled his insurance, shut down his bank account, bounced his truck payments and didn't pay his fuel bill leaving us no choice but to end the business relationship.

Was approved but when they found out I had a co-driver this company demanded TWO MONTHLY PAYMENTS!! Don’t waste your time running credit checks here!! They’re counting your money BEFORE YOU EVEN GET IT!!

If someone is running as a team they should easily be able to pay off a truck faster than a solo driver.

These people are not human! Do not lease from them! They are difficult and demanding if you have any situation, come up in life… or death.. My brother passed away while making a truck delivery and he had been paying on his lease for two years. They would not work with us at all. They will grab onto anything, they were trying to go off of a will that was written long ago and we don’t even know if it’s valid. They were trying to force us to make the payment. because just because they don’t have a death clause in their lease to own contract. They wouldn’t let us work things out so we could get any equity. I can’t even describe how horrible and ruthless they are … beware.

I have had my truck for eleven weeks and three days. I've spent $25,000 in repairs to keep this truck legal, much less reliable. I still have another $1,000~$2,000 to spend in the next two weeks for shock replacement. They wash the truck and I suspect use s***** paint to cover up all the defects.
LM tells you that you can put a truck on a dyno, but there is not a working dyno at the GA or TX location.
LM tells you that the truck is a "Martin" truck and the maintenance has been reliable. My mechanic who had to perform a top enginer rebuild, replace the shattered clutch, rebuild the fifth wheel told me that all the problems are due to "lack of maintenance".
Run away from these people as fast as you can.

We encourage every customer to get any 3rd party inspections that they would like on their truck. If anything doesn't pass inspection they can have the problems addressed at our shop, select a different truck, or get a refund. According to our notes on this lease there was an engine repair a couple months ago that was covered under warranty. We haven't been made aware of anything else.

Due to the very nature of used commercial equipment it is best you inspect and verify the condition of the equipment before taking delivery. LM encourages a buyer to take it to a mechanic of your choice so if you don't its not their fault.
I have purchased 2 trucks from LM. Overall I believe they are exactly what i expected. I also have had what I would consider normal issues with them. It's not 'if' it's gonna break more likely 'when' so you should be prepared. Furthermore it's in your best interest not to pound the crap out of it.
LM includes basic warranty with each truck to help with new ownership. You also have option to renew at discounted rate after expiration.
Bottom line is you get what you pay for. If you don't pay for it it's not gonna be yours no matter who finances it.
LM is a business not a charity. They try to offer decent equipment under affordable terms and as best I can tell they just expect to be paid as agreed.
I have and do recommend them but they may not be right for you. That's your choice.
    Sincerely
