They installed our solar panels and are not following up with Ameren Illinois. We would like our solar panels turned on so we can get the rebate.

May 5, 2023 we signed a contract with US Renewable Energy (filed another complaint against that business) for solar panels. They contracted with EPO Energy for the installation. EPO was to draw against a line of credit that was established in our name for the project as they completed various phases of the project, e.g. ordering supplies, etc.. We were told by *************************, salesman for US Renewable that installation would likely occur around September but may be impacted by supply chain, weather, number of jobs, and various other factors. We were provided with an online portal to monitor the progress of the job. In October, after not hearing from either company, I logged into the portal, but was not able to get any information. I reached out to ***** and he indicated that EPO Energy did not use the portal, but since they were drawing on the line of credit that meant the project was moving forward. On January 16th, following no further communication, I reached out to ***** again. He started a text message with myself and two other people specifically referring to ******* "****" replied back on January 17th indicating he would have someone call me back that day. I have heard nothing else since. I can only believe EPO Energy and US Renewable Energy are running one or more scams.

Ordered solar in April of 2023. Filed all financing documentation. After 9 months only mounting rails have been installed. Solar panels are on the ground. Company claims they are missing couples to finish the install. In my opinion, a solar company that cannot complete a single residence in 9 months is not really a solar company. My wife and I have talked to several personnel in their office and they all tell a different lie.
