    I too had the same experience as many others. Not sure how they are still in business. Ordered a ****** brace. Tried it on and didn't leave the house with it on. It would stay up. Was made for someone much shorter than I am. Returned it and after 2 weeks heard nothing back. Made contact with someone over on- line chat only to find out that I wouldn't receive a refund because it had a skin cell on it. How do you try something on and it not touch skin? It's not like it's touching private parts. According to "*****" her "manager" would call me the next day. Surprise, surprise. No call. Horrible customer service and Horrible business ethics. I'm sure my "dirty" brace is on it's way to some other poor sucker.

    Wish I could leave half a star!Buyer beware! Im a larger person and the knee brace would not stay with in position, it kept sliding down my leg. Consequently it was unwearable. Plus I was not satisfied with the quality of the materials used in the construction of the brace, especially the side straps. This company has a horrible return policy, if they reject your return, they will not send the original brace back or offer an exchange. So I paid $60 and got nothing in return. And I was never notified that the return was processed. Really would like to know how often this happens. I do not recommend doing business with them.

    Interesting that my experience is completely different. It fits well, it so far is does exactly what it is meant to do. It holds very well without slipping. The metal braces are very stable. Thank you.

    I had purchased 2 new ankle braces and one of them was old used. I'm sure that this is not a good business model. Taking advantage of customers who believe what they bought is in good condition. 1/14/23

    We received your request in our customer service portal and we responded with how sorry we were for the inconvenience that you received a defective product with us and we immediately sent you a new one to replace it and stated that you could expose of or do what you want with the defective one. You contacted us over the weekend and our business hours show that we are not open at that time.

    I bought this brace about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Paid 59 for it and to get it shipped in 2 days. It showed up on time. BUT that's where the pros end. I have to wear this daily as we are trying to prevent knee replacement at such a young age from an old, bad fracture. I don't move around much for my job. Maybe to get up ans use the bathroom. But that's it. And it is falling apart. 3 weeks. And it's falling apart. That's not ok. So now I have to find another brace from another company because I for sure am not getting one from them again. And I can't get a refund. So I'm out over $100 bucks and still have to put money out of packet. Please NEVER order from them. It's not worth it.
