      I checked in on May 29, 2025. I came to Arizona because my son just had his baby & was in critical condition. I checked into my room, I was first given a room that had a bathtub that was filled up with water and would not drain. The room was dirty And I asked to be changed to a different room. I then go to room number 318. The next morning when I woke up, I went to the restroom so that I can brush my teeth and get ready to go to the hospital. As I looked over to my right hand side, I saw a ***** crawl from the picture frame they had on the wall and the ***** started crawling up the wall. I, do have pictures and I do have a video of the *****. As I was watching the *****, I also noticed that there was no shower curtain in the room. I started to take noteof the second room and I started to realize how filthy the second room was just like the first one. Everything that Im saying, I havevideos and pictures to show how dirty these places. The toilets are not cleaned properly. They have urine on the back of them. On the bottom the toilet there is debris and theres also different kinds of hairs. I again went downstairs and complained and I was simply asking to be changed to a different hotel but they did not grant me that.I was in put into room 325 and once again I was UPSET how dirty the room was. I went to the store and bought Disinfectant wipes which you can see in the video and in the pictures that Im going to provide and I am wiping down the room. I told the front desk myself the lady that works at night time. I also called ********** and I told **** on day #1 and day #2 how I felt. I called again on day #3 and they told me that the hotel is not willing to do a refund and the hotel is not willing to do anything about it. I know I only have a few more characters to say something. The ** is the daughter of the owner who is a male. ****** does not care. I also was hurt at the hotel. Technically, I should be suing the hotel for damages.

      12/31/2024 Country ***************************** ********************************************* After check in, we got dressed and went into the pool. We noticed when we walked into the pool area that our eyes began to sting right away. I was there with my male adult husband and my grand-daughter who is 8 years old. Within a couple of minutes, we all began to cough and feel tightness in our chest. My grand-daughter still wanted to swim because this was her New Year's Eve celebration so we did get into the pool. Two young adult women and a young adult male were getting into the pool. Also a male who was there with his teenage daughter, both live in ****** ****, also were getting into the pool. My 8 year old within 10 minutes began coughing non-stop. We got out of the pool and she coughed up a pink phlegm. Her coughing continued and she started violently vomiting. The ****** male went and got the front desk. She grabbed my daughter and walked her to outside the pool area while I grabbed my blind husband to get him out of the pool area. The front desk clerk said she called maintenance. Everyone one else also left the pool area. Their symptoms were getting worse. We went back to our room to shower to get the chlorine off our ************ I also looked up the symptoms of chlorine poisoning. We have several of the symptoms of chlorine poisoning. Country **************************** did not offer any discounts or a full refund.
