    -0 stars - I purchased $4.99 for coins only 3 times EVER since I got the game app QUICK HITS because I typically never pay for any games however I enjoyed it until I saw they are maliciously stealing from me. Tonight was one of those times and immediately after I bought the 4.99 deal they charged me over $20 in a separate transaction ! I jumped up in shock and looked at my bank account to investigate and come to find out theyve been making unauthorized transactions maliciously since I got the app adding up to OVER $400.00 ! Im calling the police to file a report and calling my bank I already reached out to this sick company asking for my ALL my money back that was STOLEN from me . I have proof that I never ever made ANY of those other transactions by their mistakes I caught through my investigation and by the looks of it this company has been stealing from people for years and they keep changing their game app name to cover their tracks so Im not the only person with the SAME EXACT COMPLAINTS OF THEFT if I need to Ill call my lawyer as well because theyve exasperated several medical conditions and put me in a financial hardship because of this theft. This was absolutely sickening to my stomach how dare this company continue to get away with this malicious crime. Im a single mother and these criminals dont care about what others are going through there's unauthorized purchases even on days I was in surgery EXPLAIN THAT you thieves ! This company has got to be stopped immediately please Im begging you to shut them down for good theyve gotten away with this for several years according to complaints that match mine. Im so broken over this over $400.00 STOLEN from a single mother is A LOT !

    Our game is unable to make any charges without direct interaction from the player for each purchase.  Our records do show that your account has made numerous purchases so far over the course of June and July.  

    Please keep in mind that Apple will normally hold purchases and charge them at a later date combined with other purchases.  Due to this, the date of the charge is not necessarily the date of the purchases found on the receipt, and the total amount of the charge may be a combination of multiple purchases made at different times.  This is likely what you are seeing.

    The names of our apps have not changed.  You may see "Phantom EFX" appear on bank statements, but the name of the actual app that you made the purchase on should appear on your actual receipt for the charges.

    This gaming site is HORRIBLE. Lost 2 billion in less than 20 minutes. They want you to keep buying coins to play. No wins at all. Negative -10 ??. Buy coins is all they want us to do. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY.

    It would appear you cannot file complaints, which means this company no longer exists in **/North America? I am asking. Phantom EFX is a ***** shell company(shadow company) I have experienced in the last 6 month theft of earned coins. EX: Had ************* coins and when I resigned on? Only had *********** coins. It took me days to be able to contact and thanks to a fellow player that sent me link, I reported loss. The response was they could not find error that happened and here is ********** coins. Okay that is not the 9 Billion missing. Happened again and I gave them exact date and time, as I only did a refresh of the site. This time they said sorry, they could not find enjoy the game and no compensation for the earned coins they stole. I gave them absolute specific date and time and they could not find error? I think not. Two days in a row only dead spins? They claim to be like a real casino. I think NOT. Show *************** would have shut them down for machine tampering and theft. Why are they not regulated, since they sell coins for play? Why would they not be under the same perusal as a real casino? Real money transaction is involved. Also they claim to be a free site, yet a month ago to complete a challenge for a prize, not once but twice? Making a coin purchase was one of their requirements to complete challenge. Thus it is not FREE. .I would give negative stars for this site if possible. When I first put the BBB link up for others to be able to complain? At first they took it down on reviews. I put it back up and reminded them it is against the rules to remove a review. Thank you for all the BBB does. Perhaps if enough people turn them in? They will be reviewed legally. This was once a fun game site and whomever now owns it? Destroyed it.
