    We provided the business all of our tax information in order to file on time. They did not file taxes in time and put in an extension. They told us that they would have our taxes done a couple weeks after the deadline of April 15th. We have emailed multiple times trying to get a status of our return and they are ignoring our communications. This business is not performing as expected and I would like to have this resolved quickly.

    Our records show that we did not receive all documents necessary to file the return until March 21, which was after our stated deadline of March 15 to ensure filing by April 15th.  As a firm policy, we extended all tax returns where client information was received after our deadline.  We do own up to and apologize for the lack of timely responses.  That is certainly not our standard for client service, and we have implemented additional communications tools to ensure this does not happen again.  We were able to complete the client's taxes in mid-June, well ahead of the extended October 15 deadline.
