    Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Any questions I had were usually responded to promptly. Getting everything set up and ready to go was a breeze and everything that needed to be done with the closing was handled very well and with lots of communication. Would recommend to anyone also looking to sell without a realtor.

    We used FSBO to sell our home in CR before we moved to SW *******. We worked with *************************. She was fantastic and made it very simple answering all of our questions and helping throughout the sale. Our house sold for more than we initially thought it would in less than two weeks.     FSBO Cedar Rapids has been great to work with. Sold our home in less than 24 hours using them. Our sale utilized a buyers agent and even having that as part of it was super simple. Having the inspection and pictures done professionally as part of our package was great and should be how all home sales are completed. And we saved a ton of money. Would definitely use FSBO again hands down.
