      Back in 2001, I attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids Iowa. I was placed in Eagle Circle Dorms with three other girls, whom in which we all got along great. However, one of my roommates was brutally gangraped by a group of black men from south Chicago. IN OUR DORM. Then, they replaced her with an older foreign Asian woman whom didn't have any bed or dresser, her room was completely empty except for herself and a backpack, and who did violent chanting and screaming nightly. And would use black paint and paint on large peices of paper Chinese letters and other symbols and put them up all over the communal walls, stating she was protecting us from the demons that inhabit her. I moved out. I left college. I packed my shit- and left. My other two roommates did the same. I went to apply for an apartment 23 years after the fact. And this property management had the audacity to FILE AN EVICTION upon me for leaving because I was thoroughly scared for my life and safety. The dorm/apt. Was less than satisfactory. The oven didn't work. Thank god we had a pizzazz. The stove top worked. The showerhead in my bathroom was falling out of the wall- held up by duct tape. I had my car broken into once, and all my CDs were stolen. The "manager" downstairs was a drink who beat his wife daily. The laundry room was always trashed. And clothes stolen all the time, so I took them up 66th avenue to the nice lady that would wash your clothes for you. For $6 load. The place and the situation was absolutely horrendous.

      Shaunae Regulus I just move out of apartment that I rented from eagle property management for 6 years and charge a $1000 for repairs that didn’t need repairing I was charge for rent that the housing authority did pay I was charged late fee on my rent that was a lie I have receipts to everything that they charge me for I was charged for carpet cleaning I paid $114 dollars to have the carpet clean if you read eagle property management reviews you will see that this is what they do to every one that rent from them I’m a single parent of and eagle now made me and my to children homeless I have email and try to call no response I will not give up because I have 2 children that I have to care for I will talk the mayor of Cedar Rapids I will talk to the news I will file complaint against the Cedar Rapids housing authority because I love my children just like they do
