    I started being a valued customer back in Oct 24' with **********************. I've gotten multiple repairs done to where I always had to return to get more service. I'm not sure where it all went wrong but after getting a tune up on my vehicle (2018 jeep Grand Cherokee) I was having issues so I let them know. They told me I needed a timing chain this was the beginning of Feb, appt was set it they had it about a week. I was charged ******** which is a lot of money for a single mom with 2 kids. They called me told my vehicle was ready it was running like a champ and engine light was off. I picked it up drove not even 20 mins the heat wasn't working, it started to overheat so I had to pull over to a gas station. I looked under the ****** there was a hose detached & coolant spilled completely out. I informed them, sent a mechanic to fix it & sent me on my way. I still had issues with coolant, engine light still on after a major repair. Took it back they claimed they didn't see anything wrong & was told to pick it up. I had taken it to get a different diagnostic & was told something different. Took it back to Reliable where I was told that the previous mechanic must've reset the codes which they did not. I left the jeep for the to inspect or fix the problem. They told me all was good. I picked it up again engine was still on I called & left a msg no response. I went back because I was still experiencing multiple issues. I went for one problem and left with more. They refused to redo the ******* was told another ***** to repair the other side of the timing. Took it to a different shop & was told I needed my timing done again when I just paid for it. I was unaware it had 2 sides until after they supposedly fix the problem and the other shop told me. I called Reliable & visited the shop they knew they weren't going to fix it nor refund. Now its in an undrivable state. My ******** lives could've been in danger, loss of wages, paying for rides all because of bad services!
