    breifly, latency issues. average lag spikes were between 200 an 500ms. imon tryed treating the issue, but their thin skinned children running the highest don't like swearing in frustration over a problem that is still occuring even while i look for a new provider. the first high level tech told me the speeds i was running, indicated by the trace route program they suggested i install were "awsome".outside the imon network i have actually pinged less than 1ms to a california server from ****. inside the imon network the speeds got slower, as high as 25ms steadily (100ms is faster than the speed of an eye blink i think). i did everything tech support asked me to do. except 1 thing that i took my own initiative to do. 3 hours before tech support was due to arrive, i connected my laptop via a 3 foot cat5 cable directly to the modem. giving the (very basic) latency program enough time to register the highest latency ****** the average lateny, and the lowest latency. pretty sure those notes didn't make it to the noc(?) department, since twice i heard "i have read and reviewed your problem" by the supervisor (that probably needs more experience AND customer service training. expecting me not to curse after dealing with a problem for 4 months. october, november, december, january. then getting sensitive when i refer to his subordinate as a d*** a**, warns me about swearing, then hangs up when i say i f'n got you. asked other providers technical departments about how they would deal with the problem, if i were to experience it again through their company. the competing fiber company said, request an i.p. change first, second change the letters of the signal(?) (guessing, not my back ground). so either the supervisor is inexpeienced, or... yeeaaaah. i never even heard a sugestion of those possibilities. maybe their system can't do it, which case i still have to leave, i won't pay for unsatisfied. the problem is rare and not detected usually.

    Aside from being double charged on hidden "convenience fees", the service has been good. When u charge me more than required and call it a "convenience fee, that's one thing, but doing it 2 times on the same day each month is nothing short of theft.

    Called, set up services the next day. They said someone will be there at 12. No one showed up. An hour after services time expired, I called. Told me no they cant hook up services and would not be able to because they need to box it in. No call from them. Excuse was because he just found out today. No kidding. So did we. After hearing all the poor excuses, he finally said he would be able to reimburse the money given to them, for a service they could not provide. Need to quit advertising or need to get sales reps who know what is going on, responsible enough to inform customers and quit trying to expand so quickly for a service that doesnt exist. Especially since they spent 3 weeks in front of the residence it was to be put into and digging up the ground in front of a house that cant get service.

    Been getting major packet loss for an average of two hours every Thursday and Sunday night for the past five weeks. It's so bad I can't live stream my gaming. Have the one gig internet so baffled why it's doing it. Filed a complaint every time with customer support and with no help. Wonder how I can get of my contract. Please help.
