    I have purchased multiple cars from this place an they lie to get you to buy. I personally seen them cut the check engine light off without actually fixing the cars they did it to me multiple times I am now leasing a car through them an im am being forced to repair everything on the car an still pay the note I only had the car for goin on 2 months.

It is never our intent to sell a vehicle that will need hefty fixing, as it puts a strain on the customer paying their payment. This vehicle did not have the issue when it was sold, and unfortunately issues on a 14+ year old car are unpredictable.
                  While all of our vehicles are sold as-is, we do offer a repair policy to help with any issues shortly after a sale. To our knowledge, you brought us a diagnosis for your vehicle and we agreed to install the part(s) needed for free if the part(s) were provided by you.

    I am rejecting this response because: they never called me I had to call them just to be told that I was lying and that they can't help with nothing because I called the BBB on them. They denied everything an put the blame on **** will say they told me to get it fixed an the most they are willing to do is take the amount off the loan which is no help because the car is not working right which is preventing me from getting back an forth to work to even make the money. And the last I heard they told me it's my car so I guess that means it's just my problem.

    In one part of your response, you say we told you we won't help you with anything, in another part, you admit we offered to accept receipts done for the work and will take it off the back side of the loan. We have offered several options to assist you in a vehicle that was bought as-is. We have no obligation to assist you from that point but have offered multiple ways to help, which have been declined by yourself.
