On Feb 27, 2023 I brought an Iphone 12 pro in due to the back being cracked. The phone turned on, screen worked but the phone was not able to connect to wifi or cell service.Called and left messages asking for an update on March 3rd (2x), March 9th (2x), March 11th (1x), March 15th (1x) March 16th (2x), March 17th (2x), March 20th (3x), March 21st (1x), March 23rd (1x) with no response on the status of the phone. On March 23rd I physically went into the location and when they gave me the phone it did not turn on so I left it with them to figure out why.On March 24th I received an email stating the screen was bad, they had put a rush on the replacement and they would cover additional costs for parts and service since this was working when I brought the phone in.On March 25th I responded and asked that they contact me when they received tracking info and to give me an estimate of how long it would take to finish repairing. On April 5th I emailed to ask for an update as I had not yet heard from them.On April 6th I called with no answer, left message. On April 6th I received an email stating it must be an internal issue with the logic board, stating it would be up to me on how we resolved the issue. On April 8th I responded back asking for the trade-in value of the phone ($125.00) plus refund for what I had paid ($76.32) for a total refund of $201.32.I have not received a response as of today or a refund and the phone is still in their posession.
